Hello and welcome to my new Prosperity Challenge. Here I will introduce the families that will be living in Rosewood Valley. This time I will start with 5 families as that is what I rolled.
In this Prosperity all men take their wife's name and only their daughters can be Heirs. You will notice a lot of Placeholders. This is how it was rolled, the only family that rolled an adult was the Herrick household and that is a single Sim household. I decided that instead of a single parent placeholder I would have both mother and father. All the placeholders died from 'a mysterious sickness' even if the family description says otherwise.
The Graham family: Teenage Theodore Graham and his little sister Child Ella. Orphaned when their parents Tony and Nina died suddenly.
The Herrick family: Anamaria Herrick is a single adult women who moved to Rosewood Valley looking to start a business as well as a family.
The Gibbs family: Elder Sadie Gibbs had to take in her teenage granddaughter Erika when her daughter Megan and son-in-law Jeremy Gibbs died in an accident.
The Wilson family: Twin teenagers Mark and Rebecca have to take care of their younger siblings, twin children Daniel and Matthew and toddler Sarah, after their parents Lisa and Joshua died.
The Miller family: Elder Amanda Miller, her husband Charles and her twin brother Gregory Miller have to take care of her three grandchildren when her daughter Kathleen and son-in-law Timothy Miller are both killed. Teenager Helen helps her grandparents and granduncle care for her younger brothers, child John and toddler Dennis.
Rosewood Valley before the families have moved in. Each family will start with a 4x4 lot. The College for Rosewood Valley will be Académie Le Tour, Downtown and Bluewater Village will be added later. The Season for the main hood, Downtown and Bluewater Village will be Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter and the seasons at Académie Le Tour will be Fall/Fall/Fall/Fall.

I also do use a few mods, but nothing that changes the game, just some fixes and one that makes the family tree stay connected after death. I do have some custom hair and clothes. The hair is Maxis hair conversion for other ages.
